Role Summary

The Service Crew role focuses on driving sales while delivering excellent customer service. In addition to guest-facing work, the position also supports store operations such as housekeeping, visual merchandising standards, and other duties assigned by the Store Management Team.

Hospitality and Guest Service

  • Create a strong first impression through neat and professional grooming, as well as by keeping the surrounding area and customer spaces clean and welcoming.

  • Keep checkout areas neat and well organized.

Health and Safety
