Position Overview

The Senior Executive Assistant will act as a dependable support partner to the Partner, helping with planning, coordination, organization, and day-to-day execution across both professional and personal matters.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide day-to-day assistance to the Partner across personal and managerial tasks.
  • Coordinate calendars, optimize scheduling, arrange travel, manage expenses, and handle meeting setup and logistics.
  • Help plan, organize, and schedule conferences and external events.
  • Serve as the first filter for incoming and outgoing communication, including emails, memos, and phone calls.
  • Keep documentation, filing systems, and supporting materials well-organized for internal and external use.
  • Handle sensitive information with complete discretion and confidentiality.
  • Prepare meeting agendas, gather briefing materials, and share important insights before board, investor, or routine meetings.
  • Support the creation of talking points, investor correspondence, internal memos, and presentations.
  • Monitor action items and follow up to ensure teams complete decisions and assigned tasks from meetings.

Qualifications

  • A bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline is required.
  • At least 2 years of experience in an executive assistant, office management, or similar position.
