Role Overview
This opening is for a Senior Developer focused on Workday Integrations and Workday Data. The position calls for 8 to 10 years of experience and involves building, maintaining, and supporting Workday integration solutions while protecting data quality, security, and reliable connectivity across systems.
Key Responsibilities
- Build, enhance, and support Workday integration solutions.
- Handle Workday data migration, conversion, and broader data management work.
- Create integrations using EIB, Core Connectors, Studio, REST/SOAP APIs, and Workday Web Services.
- Partner with HR, Payroll, and other business teams to understand needs and translate them into workable solutions.
- Investigate integration defects and provide production-level support.
- Maintain data accuracy, security, and compliance within Workday environments.
Experience Required
The role expects 8 to 10 years of overall IT experience, with deep hands-on capability in Workday integration work.
Technical Requirements
- Practical experience with Workday Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, and API-based integrations.
- Solid understanding of Workday HCM data and related business processes.
- Experience across integration design, testing, rollout, and ongoing support.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders effectively.
