Senior Corporate Recruiter

Role Overview

An established global technology and e-commerce company is looking for a Senior Recruiter to support a fully remote contract assignment. The engagement is expected to run for 6 months, with the possibility of being extended.

Position Summary

In this position, you will lead end-to-end recruiting for a range of non-technical positions spanning different business areas and locations. You’ll work closely with hiring managers, interview panels, and talent acquisition leadership to attract, assess, and secure strong candidates while delivering a polished experience for both applicants and internal partners.

What the Role Involves

• Own the full recruitment cycle, from initial job intake through offer stage, for non-technical openings.
• Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers throughout the hiring process.
• Identify and engage passive talent through LinkedIn and other sourcing channels.
• Evaluate resumes, carry out screening conversations, and move applicants through interviews in a timely manner.
• Keep candidate records current and accurate in Workday Recruiter.
• Share market intelligence and hiring recommendations with recruiting partners and leaders.
• Monitor recruitment activity, pipeline movement, and hiring-related metrics.
• Contribute to process enhancements that improve the experience for candidates and hiring teams.
• Handle a large volume of complex requisitions across multiple functions and geographies.
• Support structured interviewing methods and inclusive hiring practices.

Contract Details

This is a 6-month contract role with the chance of extension. The position is fully remote. Benefits offered include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, and a 401(k) plan.
