About the Role
Hyatt Place Al Ula is hiring an experienced Seamstress / Tailor to handle alterations and repairs for hotel uniforms and linen items. The position focuses on keeping garments and fabric items aligned with hotel quality and presentation standards.
What You’ll Do
- Resize, mend, and modify staff uniforms and hotel linens as needed.
- Make sure each item is fitted properly and finished to a high standard.
- Keep sewing machines, tools, and related equipment in working condition.
- Help manage uniform handout and stock-related needs.
- Carry out repairs on damaged items promptly.
- Keep the tailoring workspace neat, clean, and well organized.
What We’re Looking For
The ideal candidate should have prior tailoring or seamstress experience, ideally within the hospitality sector. Strong garment alteration skills, care for detail, and the ability to handle tasks efficiently are important for this role. A working understanding of fabrics, tailoring methods, and organized work habits will also be valuable.
Qualifications
- Prior work experience as a tailor or seamstress, preferably in a hotel or hospitality environment.
- Solid ability in sewing and garment alteration.
