Role Overview

This position is for a Robotics School Coordinator who will oversee the delivery of robotics, coding, AI, and STEM learning programs in schools. The role requires someone who can coordinate academic activities and day-to-day operations while serving as the connection between students, robotics trainers, school leadership, and parents to keep everything running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Organize and coordinate robotics, coding, AI, and STEM sessions across schools.
• Handle timetable planning, lab usage, and trainer assignments.
• Assist instructors with lesson plans, robotics kits, and student evaluations.
• Track learner participation, progress, and engagement in the programs.
• Support and manage robotics events such as competitions, exhibitions, workshops, and demo sessions.
• Maintain regular communication with principals, teachers, and parents.
• Oversee robotics equipment, sensors, boards, kits, and lab stock.
• Help onboard new schools and students into the program.
• Ensure the curriculum is delivered appropriately for learners from Grades 1 to 12.
• Keep attendance, reports, and performance documentation up to date.

Required Qualifications and Skills

• A bachelor’s degree in Education, Engineering, Science, or Management.
• Working knowledge of robotics, coding, STEM, or AI-based education.
• Strong skills in communication, coordination, and presentations.
• Ability to work effectively with children, school staff, and technical trainers.
• Comfort in school settings and academic administration environments.
• Good command of MS Office and Google Workspace tools.

Preferred Experience

• Practical exposure to robotics tools such as Arduino, Scratch, Micro:bit, or sensors.
• Background in STEM labs, robotics clubs, or EdTech initiatives.
• Understanding of robotics curriculum used in CBSE, ICSE, or international schools.
• Experience coordinating events like robotics fairs, hackathons, or competitions.
