Scheduling, Reporting & Project Controls Lead / Superintendent

Role Summary

This position is focused on combining schedule, cost, and scope information to generate meaningful performance insights, forecasts, and reporting for management and clients. It is intended to strengthen disciplined project controls and reporting across all active projects.

Key Responsibilities

• Set up, maintain, and oversee project control frameworks and key performance indicators.
• Monitor project progress, evaluate cost performance, and identify trends.
• Draft detailed reports for management and client stakeholders.
• Assist with change control, risk assessment, and forecasting activities.
• Ensure smooth coordination of planning and reporting inputs across different disciplines.

Qualifications and Experience

• A degree in Engineering, Quantity Surveying, or Project Management is required.
• The role calls for 7 to 10 years of experience in project controls, ideally in EPC or mining environments.
• Applicants should have strong analytical and reporting capabilities, along with advanced proficiency in Excel and scheduling software.
• A solid grasp of earned value management and cost control practices is essential.

• Applicants should understand engineering, construction, and HSE standards.
• Strong communication skills and the ability to manage stakeholders are important.
• The role demands the ability to perform effectively under pressure in a fast-moving setting.
• Willingness to work at project locations across Ghana and West Africa is required.
