Role Overview

McSport is seeking a Sales Associate for its showroom. The ideal person will be energetic, reliable, and genuinely interested in sport and fitness, bringing strong product knowledge and a customer-first approach to a growing business.

Key Responsibilities

• Make sure every customer enjoys a smooth, high-quality experience from initial contact through to purchase and after-sales support.
• Handle showroom queries, returns, complaints, and other customer issues professionally.
• Follow up quotes promptly by phone and email.
• Accept and process payments through cash, Realex, PayPal, vouchers, and similar methods.
• Maintain and develop relationships with existing customers.
• Record warranties for cardio machines.
• Support day-to-day administrative tasks as required.

Skills and Experience

• At least 1 year of retail experience is required.
• A personal training qualification is considered an advantage.
• Strong customer service focus.
• Clear verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to stay effective under pressure and work independently when needed.
• Practical understanding of the sports and fitness sector.
