Sales Representative

Role Overview

Petzone is hiring a Sales Representative to work in-store in Dubai. The role centers on helping shoppers, maintaining the sales floor, supporting transactions, and delivering a positive customer experience.

Key Duties

• Welcome customers as they arrive and assist them throughout their visit.
• Help shoppers identify suitable products and guide them to the right items.
• Respond to customer questions clearly and professionally.
• Offer product recommendations and use persuasion techniques to support sales.
• Share information about warranties, product specifications, care instructions, maintenance, and delivery choices.
• Keep shelves stocked and ensure merchandise is available when required.
• Attach price labels to products displayed on the shop floor.
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Process customer refunds when appropriate.
• Address complaints and escalate issues to the supervisor when needed.
• Monitor inventory, support stock control, and report discrepancies or operational issues.
• Follow store and brand guidelines while working on the sales floor.
• Maintain store security awareness and watch for possible shoplifting or other risks.
• Stay informed about ongoing promotions and assist with in-store displays.
• Work collaboratively with the team to achieve shared goals and other assigned tasks.
