About the Role

This permanent Sales Executive position is based in Chingford and offers a basic salary of £22,000, plus an uncapped commission plan linked to performance. The realistic total earnings are expected to be between £40,000 and £50,000. The role is 40 hours per week, scheduled across 5 days out of 7, with two consecutive days off during the week. Weekend work is part of the rota.

What You’ll Do

• Welcome customers in the store and quickly build a comfortable, friendly connection.
• Provide a low-pressure sales experience that helps identify customer needs.
• Prepare face-to-face quotations for vehicles that match the customer’s requirements.
• Recommend and sell suitable add-on products and finance options where appropriate.
• Carry out the vehicle handover process while maintaining a high standard of service.
• Work with other departments to keep customers informed and ensure service expectations are met.

What We’re Looking For

• A valid full UK driving licence is required.
• Previous success in sales or strong customer service experience is needed.
• Experience in a target-driven or sales-based environment would be an advantage.
• Experience with financial products is helpful, although full training will be provided.
• The ability to quickly establish trust and build relationships with customers is important.
• Flexibility to work weekends is essential.
