Role Overview
This full-time, on-site position in Dubai is for a Sales Executive who will source and assess new business opportunities, develop a healthy sales pipeline, and meet clients to understand their requirements and recommend customized digital solutions. The role includes outreach through phone calls, emails, networking, and events; creating proposals and quotations; and negotiating agreements within company policy. The executive will work closely with strategy, marketing, and technology teams so that proposed solutions match client goals and can be delivered effectively. The role also calls for disciplined CRM management, performance tracking, forecasting, and regular reporting to leadership, along with relationship building and identifying expansion opportunities in existing accounts.
Key Responsibilities
- Prospect for new leads through calls, emails, networking, and industry events.
- Qualify opportunities and build a reliable pipeline of potential business.
- Meet clients, learn their objectives, and recommend suitable digital solutions.
- Prepare proposals, quotations, and sales presentations.
- Negotiate contracts while following company guidelines.
- Coordinate with strategy, marketing, and technology teams to ensure alignment and feasibility.
- Keep CRM entries accurate and up to date.
- Track sales activity, review performance metrics, and share forecasts with leadership.
- Maintain strong client relationships and look for upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
- Represent the company’s brand and values in all market interactions.
Qualifications
The ideal candidate should have proven B2B sales experience, ideally in digital services, technology, marketing, or a similar field. Strong capabilities in lead generation, prospecting, pipeline management, and deal closure are essential. Candidates should be able to interpret client needs and convert them into clear, value-focused digital proposals. Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills are required, along with the ability to work with stakeholders at different levels. Comfort with sales reporting and basic analytics is important, as is the ability to perform in a fast-paced, target-oriented setting with limited supervision. Familiarity with sectors such as hospitality, retail/e-commerce, real estate, healthcare, or education is an advantage. Fluency in English is required, and additional languages relevant to Dubai are beneficial. Applicants must be willing to work on-site in Dubai and attend client meetings in person when needed. A minimum of 2 years of sales experience is required.
Compensation
This role is commission-based and offers uncapped earning potential for strong performers.
