Key Duties

• Clean and sanitize guest rooms and common areas in line with company standards
• Make sure rooms are stocked with fresh linens, bedding, and towels
• Follow all hotel safety and security procedures
• Stay informed about the property, staff, services, operating hours, and surrounding area
• Restock room supplies such as soap, tissues, and drinking glasses
• Recognize and report guest belongings that have been left behind using lost-and-found procedures
• Take on additional tasks as needed

Education and Experience

A high school diploma or GED is required.

Hiring Process and Other Notes

The selection process may include a phone interview, one or more manager interviews, a drug screen, a background check, reference verification, and possibly an employment assessment. This role is eligible for tips. Paid time off is available to associates who meet the company’s eligibility rules under the PTO policy. Compensation and benefits will be reviewed during the interview process. The company is an equal opportunity employer.

Pay

The stated pay range is $14.00 to $16.00 per hour.
