Role Overview
The Revenue Executive will be based in Jaipur and will support day-to-day revenue operations for Moustache. This full-time onsite role focuses on pricing accuracy, inventory control, channel updates, booking coordination, performance reporting, and promotional execution across online and direct sales channels.
Rate and Inventory Management
- Maintain and update room pricing every day across OTAs, the website, and other selling platforms.
- Keep room availability accurate to prevent both overbooking and unnecessary underselling.
- Ensure pricing remains aligned across all channels.
Channel Management
- Handle OTA platforms such as MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, and similar channels.
- Update rates, offers, and content wherever needed.
- Monitor channel performance and flag any inconsistencies or issues.
- Check that all listings, photos, and property descriptions are current and correct.
Reporting and Data Analysis
- Prepare daily, weekly, and monthly reports covering occupancy, ADR, and RevPAR.
- Review competitor pricing and share actionable observations regularly.
- Spot booking trends and identify low-demand dates so corrective steps can be taken.
Booking and Reservation Support
- Work with the reservations and front office teams to keep booking details and inventory aligned.
- Manage changes related to pricing, availability, and booking restrictions.
Offers and Promotions
- Publish and manage discounts, packages, and promotional campaigns on OTAs and direct channels.
- Support the Revenue Manager in carrying out pricing strategies.
F&B Revenue Support
- Partner with the food and beverage team on promotions designed to increase revenue.
- Contribute to campaigns such as happy hours, meal bundles, and upselling initiatives.
Review and Content Monitoring
- Track guest feedback on OTA platforms and share negative comments with the concerned team.
- Ensure timely updates to content, amenities, and policy information across platforms.
Coordination and Communication
- Collaborate closely with Sales, Front Office, and Marketing teams for smooth daily operations.
- Escalate issues related to pricing, system errors, or booking mismatches when required.
