Restaurant Supervisor

Overview

Gourmet Food Parlour is looking for an energetic, committed, and driven Restaurant Supervisor to join the team at its Santry restaurant in County Dublin. The right person will be confident working with people, leading teams, and making sure every guest enjoys an excellent experience. This role suits someone who wants to contribute daily, help the team improve, and grow with the business.

What you’ll do

• Oversee the restaurant’s day-to-day operations.
• Handle the restaurant’s daily financial activity.
• Make sure customer service consistently exceeds expectations.
• Track and maintain stock levels.
• Organize staff rosters and shift schedules.
• Ensure the restaurant follows all relevant regulations.
• Keep HACCP and cleaning standards under control.
• Support the growth and performance of team members.
• Represent and promote the restaurant brand.
• Work closely with the operations team every day.
• Coordinate daily with the reservations department.
• Communicate with key clients so reservations and events run smoothly.

Experience and background

• At least 1 year of experience in a supervisor-level role.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Understanding of the food service industry.
• Computer literacy, with openness to learning new tools and software.
