The company is looking for Restaurant Managers who bring enthusiasm, motivate people, and enjoy working in a team-first culture that balances purpose with fun. In this role, you will create memorable experiences for staff, guests, and the wider community while growing your own capability and progressing your career.
What the role involves
- Lead a team of 20 to 50 team members, driving engagement and strong results.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including rostering, recruitment, stock management, and compliance, with support from the Area Manager.
- Support team development through regular check-ins, performance reviews, and tailored development plans.
- Manage financial performance by monitoring profit and loss, budgets, and key performance indicators.
- Deliver and champion the Local Matters community initiative to strengthen local engagement and support.
