직무 설명
Role Overview
As a Relationship Manager at Shriram Life Insurance, you will support bancassurance-driven sales efforts in Bahraich and across multiple locations. The role is focused on nurturing banking partnerships, assisting with customer servicing, and helping the team meet sales objectives while following internal and regulatory standards.
Sales Support
- Help drive achievement of sales goals within the bancassurance channel.
- Spot potential business opportunities and ensure timely follow-up on leads and prospects.
Relationship Management
- Develop and sustain productive working relationships with bank personnel to support bancassurance activity.
- Serve as the main contact for bank partners as well as customers.
Customer Service
- Deliver prompt assistance to customers and bank staff to maintain a strong service experience.
- Handle questions, concerns, and operational issues raised by bank teams or customers.
Compliance and Reporting
- Work in line with company policies and applicable regulatory guidelines.
- Track sales progress and share regular updates and reports on relevant performance metrics.
Candidate Profile
- Good communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Working knowledge of life insurance products and the broader financial services sector.
- Capability to build trust-based relationships with bank staff and customers.
- Familiarity with MS Office tools, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
