About the Role
This position is for a Relationship Manager in the bancassurance channel with Federal Bank as the partner network. The role focuses on driving life insurance business through assigned bank branches in Kannur, including Mahi, Iritty, and Thaliparamba. You will work with bank and company teams to move prospects from lead generation through to policy conversion, including handling walk-in customers for life insurance sales.
What You'll Do
- Source prospects from branch lead generators, the bank customer database, and walk-in visitors.
- Arrange meetings, understand customer needs around investment and insurance for life goals, recommend suitable products from the company portfolio, and finalize the sale with accurate documentation.
- Develop and maintain a strong customer base to create cross-sell and up-sell opportunities, and seek referrals where relevant.
- Support closure of sales by helping with medical formalities and ensuring the policy document is issued without delay.
- Follow the company’s sales process and submit reports on time.

- At least 1 year of experience in sales is required.
