Role overview

We are representing a respected national architecture practice that is widely known for delivering award-winning, design-led work across Australia. As the business continues to grow, it is looking for a Registered Architect with a strong design orientation to contribute to its residential team, with a focus on multi-residential and mixed-use developments.

What you will do

• Take the lead on concept design and design development for significant residential projects.
• Help maintain a high standard of design quality and support strong outcomes across different project stages.
• Work closely with clients, consultants, and colleagues within the studio.
• Assist with the handover from design through to delivery, including design management tasks.
• Use communication, presentation, and leadership strengths to help shape project direction.

• Architectural registration is mandatory.
• You should have hands-on experience delivering multi-residential or mixed-use projects.
• Strong ability in concept design and early-stage design work is essential.
• You need excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• You should be comfortable leading design discussions and guiding project outcomes.
• Interest in, or exposure to, design management and project leadership is preferred.
• Advanced Revit skills are required.
