  • Negotiate with clients and finalize contracts through LOI and agreement before deployment at site.
  • Prepare NBD documentation for sites in a timely manner and share it with Payroll, Sales Coordinator, Contracts, Finance, and HR/Admin within the defined turnaround time after LOI or email confirmation from the new client.
  • Respond to tenders and RFPs on time with complete and accurate documentation, with support from the Contracts team.
  • Keep the sales pipeline at more than 10 times the target for each service line across the region.
  • Maintain pipeline details in the prescribed online and operational format.
  • Meet potential clients and develop business opportunities.
  • Conduct market surveys and build a database of prospects across different locations in the region.
  • Carry out 25 to 30 cold calls each month to potential customers.
  • Use the company’s standard presentation format while negotiating and presenting to prospects.
  • Ensure billing and collection from new clients during the first three months through the respective Regional BD team for their sites.
  • Track the market landscape and stay updated on competitor activity.
  • Develop a structured network of contacts to address specific business needs.
