Role Overview

This is a 12-month recruitment assignment based in County Kildare, Ireland. The role involves owning the end-to-end hiring process, from the initial discussion with hiring managers through to offer closure, while supporting a globally distributed recruitment environment.

What You’ll Do

  • Run the complete recruitment cycle, including kickoff discussions, requisition setup, search planning, talent evaluation, interview coordination, and offer management.
  • Partner closely with hiring managers as a trusted advisor, helping define team hiring needs and aligning recruitment activity with broader business priorities.
  • Carry out structured, competency-based interviews and apply role expectations along with manager preferences to create consistent candidate evaluations.
  • Assess applicants against the organization’s values and job criteria while ensuring a fair and thorough selection process.
  • Develop strong working relationships with stakeholders across Finance, HR, Total Rewards, and Talent Acquisition Operations to keep hiring efforts coordinated.
  • Provide a positive and professional candidate journey at every stage, regardless of the hiring outcome.
  • Follow company and regional recruitment procedures and service-level expectations to maintain strong operational performance.
  • Use talent insights, data, and reporting to improve hiring effectiveness and support better recruitment decisions.

What We’re Looking For

  • At least 5 years of experience in recruiting, ideally gained in technology companies with an international footprint.
  • Prior experience hiring for Engineering and Product positions across the EMEA region.
  • Proven ability to manage full-cycle recruiting while handling several open requisitions at once.
  • Strong drive, responsiveness, and the ability to work effectively in a demanding, fast-moving environment.
  • Good relationship-building skills with hiring managers and the ability to support compliant hiring practices.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, collaboration, and team-building capabilities.
  • Working knowledge of local employment legislation and recruitment compliance requirements.
  • Ability to interpret and analyze recruiting data to support process improvement.
  • Capability to represent the employer brand professionally and act as a company ambassador.
  • Fluency in English.
