Role overview

We are seeking a motivated Recruiter to join a US-based team and support hiring across technology and business roles. This position is suited to someone at the start of their recruiting journey who is eager to learn fast, work in an agency setting, and contribute to placing strong talent for clients.

What you will do

• Handle end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, from finding candidates and screening them to scheduling interviews and supporting them through the hiring journey.
• Work closely with senior recruiters and account managers to understand client requirements and provide well-matched candidates.
• Develop active talent pools using outreach, networking, and research-based sourcing methods.
• Maintain a positive candidate journey by communicating clearly and promptly throughout the process.

Experience and skills required

• 0 to 3 years of experience in recruiting, either in an agency environment or within an internal hiring team.
• Ability to source candidates effectively, along with familiarity with professional networking platforms and online job boards.
• Strong verbal and written communication abilities, plus a relationship-focused approach.
• Well-organized, attentive to detail, and capable of managing several searches at the same time.
