Role overview

JnS Education is hiring a full-time Quality Control Manager in Dubai to oversee student-service quality, admissions support, and performance tracking across the education counselling process.

Key duties

  • Keep student records accurate, complete, and up to date, including evaluations and feedback based on results.
  • Track outcomes against KPI targets and adjust processes as needed to improve performance.
  • Report to management on efforts and results related to selling education services to prospective students.
