Role overview
This role is responsible for managing public relations activities for a construction project in Singapore. The officer will coordinate communications, address stakeholder concerns, and help ensure issues raised by the public are handled promptly and professionally.
Key responsibilities
- Plan and coordinate the project’s public relations programme.
- Respond to enquiries and feedback related to the project, working with residents, consultants, authorities, and other relevant parties.
- Take proactive steps to reduce and resolve complaints linked to construction activity.
- Manage requests and complaints raised by members of the public.
- Oversee internal and external communication and publication matters for the project.
- Work closely with all contractors to help prevent and mitigate construction-related complaints.
- Maintain filing systems and keep records updated for fast and easy retrieval.
- Provide administrative assistance and support on other ad hoc tasks when needed.
Requirements
Applicants should have at least a GCE O Level or A Level qualification and around 5 years of public relations experience, preferably within the building or construction industry. Strong communication and interpersonal abilities are essential for this position.

This is a full-time onsite role based in Singapore.
