About the role

As Fyfe continues to expand its Survey division, it is looking for a proactive and well-organised Project Support Officer to join the Adelaide team. This newly established position will provide dedicated support to the Land Division and Underground Services Locating (USL) teams, helping projects run efficiently while keeping essential administrative and operational tasks on track.

Key responsibilities

  • Set up projects and handle the related administration and reporting tasks.
  • Support fee proposals, tender responses, and invoicing activities.
  • Assist with project scheduling, subcontractor coordination, and resource planning.
  • Maintain project files, records, and document control processes.
  • Track timesheet compliance and help with payroll-related administration.
  • Prepare management reports, presentations, and project information packs.
  • Coordinate travel, training, and team events.
  • Assist with onboarding for new starters.
