Role overview

MMG is looking to add a Project Manager to its multi-family construction and development team. The role will support the Vice President of Construction and help coordinate delivery across project stakeholders and internal teams.

What you will do

  • Work alongside the Construction Executive in dealings with subcontractors.
  • Assist the Construction Executive with preparing client proposals.
  • Support contract administration and ongoing contract oversight.
  • Coordinate with preconstruction, estimating, and scheduling teams to develop project estimates and timelines.
  • Guide the project team to keep work safe and on schedule.
  • Handle on-site project management responsibilities for smaller-scoped assignments.
