Project Manager

Role overview

We are looking for a Project Manager to support the management team in delivering smart technology projects, with a focus on audio/visual work. This position covers the full project lifecycle, from planning and budgeting through implementation and follow-up after completion.

Key responsibilities

The role involves defining the technical scope of each assignment, including logistics, scheduling, power needs, rigging needs, site conditions, and room drawings using CAD where required. You will coordinate the allocation and scheduling of qualified technicians for individual projects, including assignments with multiple functions and more than one location. You will also organize site surveys in advance and may attend them depending on the project. Additional duties may be assigned as needed.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of project management experience in a company working in the audio/visual sector.
• Ability to use AutoCAD or comparable rendering software.
• Solid understanding of video, audio, lighting, and scenic components.
• A bachelor’s degree in Radio, TV and Film is preferred.
• Professional manner and presentation.
• Excellent communication, client service, and interpersonal abilities.
• Comfort working in a busy environment with multiple tasks at once.
• Willingness to travel to project locations when needed.
