Position Overview
This leadership role is focused on steering the organization’s project strategy, overseeing delivery operations, and ensuring that major initiatives are completed successfully. The position plays a key part in strengthening execution, raising project outcomes, and contributing to the company’s long-term expansion.
Key Responsibilities
- Create and direct organization-wide project management frameworks, standards, and operating methods.
- Take ownership of major initiatives from early planning through final delivery.
- Manage timelines, budgets, staffing, and performance targets across projects.
- Guide project teams and align work across departments and functions.
- Spot project risks early and put practical corrective actions in place.
- Enhance delivery speed, quality measures, and internal project processes.
- Contribute to growth-focused programs and broader organizational development efforts.
- Develop strong working relationships with internal stakeholders, clients, partners, and other key contacts.
- Share project status, insights, and strategic guidance with senior leadership.
Requirements
- A bachelor’s or master’s degree in Business Administration, Project Management, Healthcare Management, or a related discipline.
- Previous experience in a senior project management or executive leadership position.
- Strong understanding of planning, operations, budgeting, and risk control in projects.
- Proven leadership, communication, and decision-making skills.
- Ability to oversee several teams and manage large, complex projects at the same time.
Preferred Qualifications
- Exposure to healthcare services, healthcare operations, or projects within the medical sector.
- Experience leading large-scale organizational change or business transformation efforts.
- Familiarity with healthcare workflows, compliance requirements, and continuous improvement initiatives.
- Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken.
