About the Company

The employer is a well-established global property development organisation that is growing its footprint in Singapore.

Role Overview

This position is for a Construction Project Director who will report directly to the Vice President and take ownership of the project delivery lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities

Direct the project end to end, covering planning, design, construction, and final handover.
Control project budget, timelines, and resources so that delivery stays aligned with objectives.
Supervise design activities, purchasing, and contractor output to maintain quality standards.
Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, partners, and relevant authorities to ensure effective execution.
Spot project risks early and resolve issues promptly to keep the programme moving.

Requirements

A degree in Engineering, Construction, Architecture, or another relevant discipline.
Minimum 12 years of experience in construction, including at least 10 years in a senior leadership capacity.
Hands-on experience delivering at least 2 complete mixed-use projects in the role of Project Director.
Strong knowledge of project management, budgeting, and construction processes.
Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
