What you will do

• Assist with planning tasks for projects from start through completion.
• Keep clients and other external parties updated on project progress, timelines, and any risks or challenges.
• Support project financial activities, including preparing budgets, tracking costs, and helping with invoicing.
• Maintain and organize project records such as RFIs, change orders, contracts, subcontracts, and closeout files.

What you need

• A bachelor-level working and thinking ability, gained through education and/or hands-on experience.
• At least 3 years of experience in a Project Coordinator role, preferably on large-scale projects.
• Strong spoken and written English communication skills.
• Careful, accurate working style with strong attention to detail.
• Good people skills and a proactive approach to getting things done.
• A valid UAE driving license.
