Role Overview

LV Petroleum LLC is seeking a reliable and energetic Porter to help keep the site clean, organized, and operating smoothly. This position plays an important part in creating a pleasant and safe experience for customers and staff.

Key Responsibilities

• Carry out day-to-day cleaning across restrooms, break areas, and shared public spaces.
• Keep floors clean by sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming as needed.
• Remove trash and support proper waste management practices.
• Handle small maintenance support tasks and notify management about repairs that need attention.
• Assist with setting up and clearing areas for meetings or events when required.
• Keep cleaning materials well supplied, sorted, and easy to access.
• Offer courteous customer assistance by welcoming guests and responding to basic questions.

Requirements

• High school completion or an equivalent credential is preferred.
• Previous work in cleaning, janitorial, or custodial support is an advantage.
• Must be able to lift and move items weighing up to 50 lbs.
• Needs a sharp eye for detail and a strong commitment to quality work.
• Should communicate well and maintain a pleasant, approachable attitude.
• Must be comfortable working alone as well as collaboratively.
• Availability for varied shifts, including evenings and weekends when needed, is required.
