Role Overview

Medirest is hiring a full-time Porter to support the smooth day-to-day running of healthcare operations in Sutton In Ashfield, England. This role is contracted for 37.5 hours per week and focuses on maintaining high standards of cleanliness and customer care across the site.

Key Responsibilities

• Keep the lobby and other shared spaces clean, organised, and presentable.
• Support housekeeping, restaurant, and banqueting teams with room setups and moving furniture when needed.
• Carry out selected reception tasks such as arranging theatre tickets or booking restaurant tables.
• Respond to customer queries and requests as required.
• Complete errands and other general support tasks.
• Help protect customers by putting up and removing warning signs, such as notices for wet floors or freshly painted areas.
