Job overview
This role is for a ServiceNow Platform Architect based in Qatar. The position offers a salary of 25,000 QAR and focuses on shaping the platform’s architecture, design principles, and technical standards.
Role summary
The architect will be responsible for defining how the ServiceNow platform is structured and governed, ensuring solutions are built to a consistent standard and can scale effectively over time.
Key responsibilities
- Create and maintain the platform architecture direction and roadmap.
- Set and uphold design standards, governance rules, and implementation best practices.
- Evaluate proposed solution designs and provide architectural feedback.
- Support and mentor developers on platform design and technical decisions.
- Oversee integration approaches and the structure of data models.
- Plan for platform growth, performance, and upgrade readiness.
Experience and technical profile
Candidates should bring 8–12+ years of ServiceNow experience, along with strong hands-on knowledge of platform architecture, CSDM, integrations, and design governance.
Certification requirements
CSA and CAD are mandatory. CIS certifications are preferred as part of the technical profile.
