Role overview
This position is for an experienced payroll professional to support a leading industrial company with a global footprint and modern HR processes. The role offers broad scope, cross-border collaboration, and involvement in process improvement and digitization work in the Baden-Baden area. The engagement is through a personnel placement arrangement.

Responsibilities
- Manage payroll processing for the DACH region
- Handle time management and related HR workflows
- Serve as a point of contact for employees and managers on payroll-related matters
- Ensure compliance with legal, collective bargaining, and internal policy requirements
- Support audits and perform quality checks
- Contribute to process enhancements and digital transformation projects
Profile
- Completed degree or an equivalent qualification with a focus on human resources, finance, or business administration
- Several years of payroll experience, preferably gained in an international setting
- Strong knowledge of German wage tax, social security, and labor law, plus experience with collectively agreed compensation systems
- Ideally familiar with Oracle and time-tracking systems
- Very good spoken and written English skills
