Overview
This is a confidential full-time payroll and benefits opportunity with a manufacturing employer in the Ingersoll area. The position is onsite and suited to candidates who bring hands-on payroll experience along with Dayforce configuration expertise.
Compensation and benefits
- Annual salary range: 65,000 to 70,000.
- Employer-paid benefits premiums are covered at 100%.
- Three weeks of vacation plus RRSP matching.
- Tuition reimbursement is included.

Key responsibilities
- Run biweekly payroll through Dayforce, including pension administration, tracking vacation and banked hours, and handling union dues.
- Assist the manager with day-to-day labour and employee relations matters.
- Provide administrative support across recruiting, onboarding, employment contracts, benefits enrollment, and company events.
- Help maintain compliance with Occupational Health and Safety requirements, keep records organized, and support other operational needs as required.
Qualifications
- Between 2 and 5 years of payroll experience is required.
- Practical Dayforce configuration experience is required.
- Working toward a PCP designation is considered an advantage.
