Role Overview

  • Keep payroll records, supporting documents, and audit trails organized and accurate.
  • Assist with internal and external payroll audits.
  • Match payroll results with finance records and bank transfer details.
  • Prepare payroll summaries, reports, and variance explanations when needed.
  • Reconcile social insurance, GOSI, and other statutory payments.
  • Identify payroll issues and ensure corrections are completed promptly.
  • Maintain accurate data in the payroll system, including SAP.
  • Support payroll system improvements and updates together with IT when required.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related discipline is required.
