Role Overview

As a Patient Service Associate at National University Polyclinics, you will help patients better understand self-care and self-management resources while supporting the clinic’s day-to-day service operations. The role combines patient engagement, programme support, and frontline administrative duties in a busy healthcare setting.

Patient Education and Community Outreach

You will actively guide patients on using mobile applications and other self-help tools, and help onboard them into national healthcare programmes such as Healthier SG.
