About the role

The Organisational Development Advisor contributes to the delivery of organisational development initiatives by coordinating workstreams, supporting implementation, and helping embed capability-focused programmes across the university. You will partner closely with OD Managers and Consultants, gaining broad exposure across OD practice areas while building your own experience and career development.

This is a full-time role of 37.5 hours per week. The salary range is $73,400 to $99,400, depending on skills and experience.
