This opportunity is for an Operations Support Engineer based in Nantwich and working from the office. Role Summary

The position focuses on handling incoming IT and electronic equipment as it arrives at the warehouse, recording items accurately, and coordinating their movement back to customer locations across the UK. The role also includes occasional visits to customer premises to assist with hardware installation and fault-resolution tasks.

What You’ll Be Doing

You will support warehouse and field operations by keeping stock movements organized and helping resolve hardware-related issues when required. The work involves both inventory handling and practical on-site support.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior exposure to warehouse inventory processes, including checking equipment in and out. Experience with diagnosing or fixing hardware problems in IT or electronic products will be valuable, as will familiarity with working at height.
