The Onsite Analyst role is focused on improving onsite trading performance, customer experience, and digital growth across the eCommerce ecosystem. You will work closely with teams across product, technology, merchandising, creative, operations, and marketing to uncover opportunities, run tests, and improve commercial outcomes.
Key responsibilities
- Spot, rank, and deliver commercial improvements across the trading funnel, with emphasis on product performance, customer behaviour, and the onsite journey.
- Improve important revenue drivers such as average order value, conversion rate, sell-through, repeat purchase rate, and customer lifetime value.
- Plan, run, and assess structured experiments covering pricing, promotions, bundling, category merchandising, and checkout flows.
- Use website analytics, trading information, and customer behaviour data to find friction points, drop-offs, and revenue opportunities across categories and journeys.
- Partner with product, technology, design, operations, and merchandising teams to implement changes that strengthen user experience and grow revenue.
- Contribute to site optimisation work on navigation UX, PLP/PDP effectiveness, checkout efficiency, and feature rollouts.
- Create and maintain dashboards that monitor trading and business KPIs across product lines, customer segments, and channels.
- Help coordinate cross-functional work by keeping teams aligned on priorities, timelines, and trading activity.
- Support day-to-day eCommerce site operations and raise issues when functionality needs attention.
- Monitor site behaviour and recommend changes that improve customer experience and conversion.
- Coordinate creative needs from initial idea and briefing through final launch.
- Work with design and copy teams on creative merchandising concepts and campaign execution.
- Prepare and share regular performance, merchandising, and project reports with stakeholders.
- Track project timelines and deliverables for onsite merchandising and creative work to ensure accurate, timely execution.
- Support preparation and rollout of A/B tests for visual assets and onsite experiences.
- Review test outcomes and turn the findings into future content and merchandising decisions.
- Capture insights and lessons learned in content shoot manuals to help improve click-through rates and PDP conversion.
- Study market movements, competitor pricing, and customer behaviour to guide pricing decisions and trading performance.
- Assist with periodic pricing reviews based on market conditions and internal trading results.
- Work with marketing and product teams on promotional pricing and discount activity.
- Analyse sales data, pricing metrics, and trading indicators to surface patterns and opportunities.
- Build detailed reports and dashboards for stakeholders with insights, risks, and recommendations.
- Use reporting and analytics tools to identify pricing trends and commercial opportunities.
- Carry out competitor benchmarking and market research to keep pricing commercially competitive.
- Support product launches and trading initiatives with pricing analysis and reporting.
- Maintain pricing accuracy across internal systems and onsite platforms.
Requirements
- 1 to 2 years of experience in eCommerce, trading, merchandising, digital marketing, or analytical roles, ideally in fashion, retail, or consumer brands.
- Strong analytical ability and a careful eye for detail.
- Comfort using Excel and Google Analytics; experience with SQL, Looker, or Tableau is an advantage.
- Solid understanding of onsite trading, merchandising, and customer journey improvement.
- Interest in onsite optimisation, customer behaviour, and eCommerce analytics.
- Good planning, organisation, and coordination skills.
- Clear communication and strong collaboration skills.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial setting.
- High level of organisation with close attention to accuracy.
- Knowledge of fashion eCommerce trends and consumer behaviour is a strong plus.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai, UAE.
