About the Role
Tus Media is looking for motivated, dependable people who enjoy teaching and sharing their knowledge. The position is aimed at supporting students across a wide range of academic stages, including primary school, secondary school, high school, university, and adult learning.
What You’ll Do
- Assess each student’s current level and learning needs.
- Plan and deliver customized tutoring sessions based on the learner’s goals.
- Guide students through their studies and encourage them to stay engaged and confident.
Requirements
- No previous teaching experience is required; enthusiasm for teaching is the key requirement.
- A strong sense of commitment and clear communication skills are important.
- Solid knowledge in at least one subject area such as mathematics, language, foreign languages, science, economics, or similar topics.
Compensation and Benefits
Pay is competitive, ranging from €15 to €30 per hour depending on experience and the subject taught. The role offers complete flexibility, allowing you to choose your own schedule and workload. You can work online or in person, from home or wherever you prefer. There is also a broad range of subjects available, so you can teach the areas you know best. In addition, you’ll be part of an active teaching community where you can exchange experiences and grow with other tutors.
