Role overview
This opportunity is offered on behalf of a partner organization that handles the application review and subsequent hiring steps. The employer is seeking an Onboarding Enablement Specialist in Saudi Arabia to help new revenue hires get productive quickly and succeed long term.
The role is centered on building and improving onboarding programs for several sales functions. You will shape structured learning journeys that give new team members the knowledge, tools, and confidence they need from their first day onward. A major part of the position is creating onboarding experiences that can scale, are informed by data, and help shorten ramp time while lifting performance over time.
You will also serve as a connector between Revenue leadership, People teams, and enablement stakeholders, helping keep onboarding strategy aligned across the business. In addition to designing programs, you will manage tracking systems, performance reporting, and coaching resources that help managers guide their teams more effectively. The role combines program ownership, operational discipline, and practical enablement delivery in a fast-moving, growth-oriented environment.
Key responsibilities
- Build, run, and keep improving structured onboarding journeys for revenue roles such as SDR, AE, Field Sales, and Expansion, while making sure the experience is consistent across the company.
- Lead onboarding sessions and oversee learning materials in LMS tools, working closely with hiring managers, People teams, and Revenue leadership.
- Create and maintain progress trackers and dashboards that show ramp performance and help flag new hires who may need support early.
- Develop repeatable coaching frameworks and resources that enable managers to support new hires through clear development plans.
- Take ownership of the AI role-play content library and expand it with subject matter experts to reflect realistic sales situations including discovery, objection handling, and demonstrations.
- Partner strategically with Revenue leadership to ensure onboarding efforts support broader performance, enablement, and operating goals.
- Support readiness programs for promotions, including moves such as SDR to AE, and make sure learning paths match competency expectations and career progression standards.
- Manage and improve LMS operations such as assigning content, handling users, producing reports, and refining learning workflows.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of experience in Sales Enablement, Revenue Enablement, Sales Training, Learning & Development, or a closely related area.
- Demonstrated ability to create and deliver structured onboarding or training programs, not just maintain existing learning content.
- Strong project coordination skills and the ability to handle several stakeholders and initiatives at the same time.
- Practical experience using LMS platforms or similar learning technologies.
- A data-oriented approach with the ability to review onboarding metrics, spot trends, and turn findings into useful recommendations.
- Highly organized work style, strong attention to detail, and a documentation-first mindset.
- Comfort using modern AI tools to improve productivity and content development.
