About the Role
This contract opportunity is for experienced office-suite specialists who can evaluate and refine AI-produced documents. The work is fully remote and focuses on assessing outputs in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint for quality, accuracy, and presentation standards.
Compensation and Commitment
Pay is set at $70 to $100 per hour. The expected workload is 20 to 40 hours each week.
Key Responsibilities
- Review AI-created office documents in Excel, Word, and PowerPoint formats.
- Compare two candidate responses side by side and determine which one is stronger.
- Check document content and visual output, including layout, formatting, structure, and formulas.
- Score outputs using structured evaluation rubrics to help improve model performance.
- Share written observations with the research team to support product and model improvements.
- Join onboarding office hours and calibration sessions.
Required Qualifications
Candidates should have at least 3 years of experience creating and reviewing office documents, strong command of Microsoft Office, and the ability to independently inspect downloaded files. A sharp eye for formatting details and strong written communication are also essential.
Preferred Background
Additional value will be given to applicants with experience across Excel, Word, and PowerPoint, as well as familiarity with templates, style guides, or document standards. A background in finance, consulting, operations, or executive support is preferred, along with experience in document QA focused on formatting fidelity.
Start Date
