직무 설명
Role objective
The nurse will provide advanced first-line healthcare within the university campus, oversee nursing services, and help ensure that students and staff receive safe, high-quality care. The role also supports health promotion and disease prevention across the campus community.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver primary and advanced nursing care for cases arising on campus.
- Respond promptly and appropriately to emergencies.
- Monitor chronic conditions affecting students and employees and update care plans as needed.
- Maintain medical records with accuracy and regular updates.
- Coordinate referrals and transfers with hospitals and healthcare centers for critical cases.
- Help design and implement medical emergency and evacuation plans for the university.
- Lead and carry out health awareness and education initiatives across campus.
- Track compliance with infection control and occupational safety standards.
- Prepare periodic reports on health status and services provided.
Qualifications
- Degree or diploma in nursing.
- A valid professional nursing license.
- At least 5 years of nursing experience, preferably in emergency care, primary care, or community health.
Required skills
- Strong emergency response and decision-making ability.
- Effective communication with students, staff, and management.
- High attention to detail in medical documentation and record management.
