Role overview

Elmwater AI Lab is hiring an ML Research Scientist to drive advanced research initiatives focused on machine learning for financial use cases. The role centers on developing new algorithms, turning research ideas into practical systems, and partnering closely with engineering teams to move work from experimentation into production.

What you will do

• Investigate and develop advanced machine learning methods for financial applications.
• Create and code new algorithms for AI models used in finance.
• Prepare research outputs for submission to leading conferences and journals.
• Work with engineering teams to adapt research prototypes into production-ready solutions.

Compensation and benefits
