Overview
Birbal AI is seeking a seasoned Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to build, tailor, and maintain CRM solutions on the Dynamics 365 platform. This role calls for deep hands-on expertise in platform customization, system integrations, plugin creation, and adherence to CRM implementation standards.
What you'll do
- Configure and extend Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM to meet business and technical needs.
- Develop and maintain plugins and related custom components for CRM workflows.
- Work on data cleansing, data migration, mapping, and relationship management within Dynamics 365.
- Connect Dynamics 365 CRM with other business applications and enterprise platforms.
- Use JavaScript, .NET, and SQL Server in support of CRM development and troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and fix technical issues across Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Contribute to delivery of TAMM services and projects.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development concepts and implementation best practices.
- Proven experience in customizing and configuring Dynamics 365 CRM solutions extensively.
- Practical experience with data cleansing, integration, mapping, and maintaining data relationships in CRM.
- Background in integrating Dynamics 365 with external enterprise systems and applications.
- Hands-on development experience with Plugins, JavaScript, and .NET.
- Working familiarity with Microsoft SQL Server.
- Ability to investigate and resolve technical problems in Dynamics 365 CRM environments.
- Experience delivering TAMM-related services or projects.
- Prior exposure to working with government organizations in the UAE.
- Fluency in both Arabic and English.

This is a full-time onsite position based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
