About the role

Within this commitment, the Forecasting team relies on Product Specialists who are proactive, highly analytical, and strongly customer-focused. This position calls for someone who can combine numerical insight, scheduling accuracy, and practical experience to help maintain excellent product availability and service levels.
What the role involves
- Keeping customer needs at the centre of day-to-day planning and anticipating demand before issues arise.
- Working closely with different teams to ensure the correct volume of garments is available within customer delivery timelines.
- Taking ownership of stock levels for the assigned product range.
- Managing records and administrative information with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Making quick, well-reasoned decisions when deadlines are tight.
- Contributing ideas and workable improvements that strengthen Forecasting processes and improve the customer experience.
