Marketing & Logistics Coordinator

Role Overview

Monumental Marketing is looking for an organised, commercially aware Marketing & Logistics Coordinator to support retail and e-commerce growth. The role brings together operational coordination, marketing support, logistics follow-through, and customer experience improvement across channels.

E-commerce & Store Operations

• Manage the daily running and overall performance of the online store.
• Track stock movement, inventory availability, and order processing from start to finish.
• Keep product pages current, including pricing, promotions, and online presentation.
• Spot ways to make operations smoother and the customer journey better.

Marketing Coordination

• Assist with planning and delivery of campaigns and promotional activities.
• Help organise schedules, creative assets, and communication between stakeholders.
• Support reporting and performance analysis for marketing efforts.
• Bring forward ideas that strengthen brand reach, audience engagement, and sales outcomes.

Logistics & Administration

• Coordinate logistics work to support efficient operations and on-time delivery.
• Work with suppliers, service providers, and internal teams as needed.
• Keep records accurate and support reporting tasks.
• Help introduce process improvements that increase workflow efficiency.

Qualifications & Experience

This position suits someone with a background in store management, retail operations, e-commerce support, and marketing coordination. A degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Management, Communications, or a similar discipline is required. Experience in the pharmacy or healthcare retail sector will be an advantage.
