Management Consultant

Role overview

This is a contract management consulting role based remotely and open to candidates in Canada. The engagement calls for 10 to 40 hours of work per week.

What you will do

• Share subject matter expertise on management consulting methods, strategic analysis, and approaches to business transformation.
• Examine and improve detailed business situations, documents, and case materials so they remain accurate and useful.
• Provide clear, thorough written and spoken feedback that helps strengthen AI outputs and reasoning quality.
• Work with the client team in a remote setting to help train and evaluate AI models using practical consulting insight.
• Spot missing elements, suggest enhancements, and help ensure outputs match current industry standards.

What we are looking for

• Substantial experience in management consulting, preferably from a leading consulting organization.
• Hands-on background in strategic initiatives, operational improvement, and organizational change or transformation.
• Excellent communication skills in both writing and speaking, along with strong attention to detail.
• Solid analytical ability and experience collaborating with cross-functional teams in remote work settings.
• Prior experience creating or reviewing case studies, business frameworks, and client-ready materials is required.
