Role summary

This position is for a remote machine learning researcher supporting an external client’s active research work. The assignment is contract-based and can be performed from anywhere. Compensation is paid at an hourly rate of $20 to $90.

What you will do

Build and refine machine learning models aimed at solving defined research problems.
Run experiments, review the outcomes, and improve models based on what the data shows.
Work with engineering and research teams to move successful models into production environments.
Prepare clear documentation covering methods used, results observed, and key takeaways for both internal and external audiences.
Keep up with new developments in machine learning research and apply relevant approaches where useful.

What you need

Strong hands-on programming ability in Python.
Practical experience with ML libraries and frameworks such as PyTorch or TensorFlow.
Knowledge of deep learning model design and optimization methods.
Solid understanding of statistics and mathematical modeling.
Experience with data cleaning, feature engineering, and performance evaluation metrics.
Comfort working independently in a remote setup with limited oversight.
