  • Work closely with drivers, customers and transport subcontractors to keep communication clear and delivery updates timely.

  • Keep track of fuel tank levels remotely across service sites to help maintain ongoing supply.
  • Help ensure customer service expectations are met through efficient planning and quick response times.

  • Prepare driver rosters and timesheets while meeting fatigue management and work-hour rules.
